Contract Supersedes: For full-service interior design projects, a separate Client Agreement/Contract will be signed. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and your signed Client Agreement, the terms of the signed Client Agreement shall prevail.

Eskae Interiors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service or the performance of the products purchased through the Service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or shipping carriers.
